FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the measurement equipment. Method of measuring the level of liquid in a hydrostatic level is based on computer processing of images of light sources in a television video signal generated by a video sensor mounted on a hydrostatic level vessel. Fluid level is calculated taking into account the inclination of the vessel.
EFFECT: technical result is to improve the accuracy of video measurements.
