FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: described microemulsion for polyurethanes production comprises: a) at least one compound with at least two hydrogen atoms reactive towards isocyanate groups, b) at least one non-polar organic compound selected from the group consisting of unbranched alkanes with 3-7 carbon atoms, branched alkanes with 3-7 carbon atoms, cycloalkanes with 3-7 carbon atoms and alkenes with 3-7 carbon atoms, and c) at least one free halogen compound which forms a microemulsion of a) and b) compounds and contains at least one non-ionic surfactant as the compound ci) with lauryl, and oleyl and stearyl residues as nonpolar groups, and at least one compound cii) other than ci), selected from n-alcohols with nonpolar moieties with 6 to 8 carbon atoms and one OH group as a polar moiety. A method is also disclosed for polyurethanes production by reacting: d) polyisocyanates with a) compounds with at least two hydrogen atoms reactive towards tha isocyanate groups, in the presence of b) blowing agents, wherein a) and b) components are used in the form of the above microemulsion. Polyurethanes prepared by the above method are described.
EFFECT: obtaining of a microemulsion with phase stability.
