FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the reaction mixture in the form of emulsion, suitable for conversion into polyurethanes containing the first phase and the second phase in the emulsion and additionally containing polyols, foaming agents, surfactants and isocyanates. Described is a reaction mixture in the form of emulsion, suitable for conversion into polyurethanes containing the first phase and the second phase in the emulsion and containing the following components: A) compounds reactive with isocyanate, selected from the group consisting of polyols, polyether-polyols, compound polyester polyols, polycarbonate polyols, polyetheresterpolyols and/or polyacrylatepolyols wherein the additional OH number of this component A) is from ≥ 100 mg KOH/g to ≤ 800 mg KOH/g and an average OH functionality of the component A) is ≥ 2; B) foaming agents selected from the group consisting linear, branched or cyclic C1-C5-alkanes, linear, branched or cyclic C1-C5-fluoroalkanes and/or CO2; C) surfactants selected from the group comprising alkoxylated alkanols, alkoxylated alkyl-phenols, alkoxylated fatty acids, esters of fatty acids, polyalkyleneamines, alkyl sulfates, alkyl polyethers, alkyl polyglucosides, phosphatidyl inositols, fluorinated surfactants, surfactants, containing siloxane groups and/or bis(2-ethyl-1-hexyl) sulfosuccinate and D) isocyanates that have a functionality NCO ≥ 2; wherein compound A) reactive towards isocyanate present in the first phase of the emulsion and a foaming agent B) is present in the second phase, and the foaming agent B) is present in the near-critical or supercritical state, and further in that the isocyanate D) is present in the second phase in an amount of ≥ 10% of weight from the total amount of isocyanate D) in the reaction mixture. Disclosed is a method of producing polyurethane foam, involving stages: providing compounds A), reactive towards isocyanate, foaming agents B), surfactants C) and isocyanates D), where the foaming agent is present in near-critical or supercritical state, and reduced pressure of obtained composition, thus foaming agents change into gaseous state. Method of producing polyurethane foam is disclosed, involving stages: obtaining composition wich contains compounds A) reactive towards isocyanate, and surfactants C); providing a composition containing a foaming agent B) and isocyanate D), in which a foaming agent is present in near-critical or supercritical state and in which the isocyanate D) is present in foaming agent B); mixing two compositions; reduced pressure of the obtained mixture composition, thus, foaming agent changes in gaseous state. Invention describes the polyurethane foam obtained using any of the above methods, and using the above reaction mixture for producing polyurethane foam.
EFFECT: creation of an alternative method of producing polyurethane foam having smaller dimensions of cells, as well as reaction mixtures, used in these methods.
