FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises reacting the following components A) one or more organic polyisocyanates, C) one simple/complex polyetherpolyols, C) optionally, one or more polyether polyols, D) a mixture of flame retardants, E) other auxiliaries or additives, F) one or more foaming agent, as well as G) catalysts. The flame retardant mixture D) comprises d1) from 10 to 90 wt %, based on the mixture amount of the flame retardants, a flame retardant with a boiling point less than or equal to 220°C, and d2) from 10 to 90 wt %, based on the mixture amount of the fire retardants, phosphorus-containing flame retardant with a boiling point exceeding 220°C. Simple/complex polyetherpolyol B) comprises, at least, one polyether polyol comprising etherification product: b1) from 10 to 70 mol % of a dicarboxylic acid composition containing b11) one or more aromatic dicarboxylic acids or derivatives thereof, b2) from 2 up to 30 mol % of one or more fatty acids or derivatives thereof, b3) 10 to 70 mol % of one or more aliphatic diols with 2-18 carbon atoms or alkoxylates thereof, b4) 2 to 50 mol % of polyether polyol with functionality greater than or equal to 2.
EFFECT: produced hard polyurethane foams differ in their improved behaviour during curing, have a slight brittleness and are not prone to cracking, and also to the formation of surface defects.
