FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: violator exercise with an impact pulse where laser beam with variable frequency impulses and their duration, with laser radiation impact zone further expose an incoherent white light. Using a combination of changes in frequency and duration of pulses makes it possible to form a persistent psychophysiological reaction avoiding the zone of exposure.
EFFECT: use of incoherent white light reduces the likelihood of irreversible loss of sight by the violator.
