FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: proposed are a method and an apparatus for nonlinear-parametric effect on a biological object constituting a bird or an animal. The method includes affecting by two acoustic signals with different carrier frequencies and a pulse-modulated optical non-coherent field in the visible wavelength range. The carrier frequency of the first acoustic signal is fixed and the carrier frequency of the second acoustic signal is sweeping in the range of maximum sensitivity of the auditory tract of biological objects. The difference between the frequencies is taken in the range of infralow resonant frequencies of the biological object. The apparatus comprises sound generators with acoustic emitters, a pulse modulator, a carrier frequency retuning for sound generators and a non-coherent optical emitter.

EFFECT: inventions ensure formation of a behavioural reaction of stable avoidance of the area of application of the affecting physical factors in biological objects.
