SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a sizing composition containing no formaldehyde, for products based on mineral fibers such as glass or stone fibers, which comprises at least one humic acid and/or fulvic acid or salts thereof, at least one saccharide and at least one ammonium salt of an inorganic acid. The invention also includes obtained products, such as impregnated veils, mats, felts, fabrics, and thermal and/or acoustic insulation materials based on mineral wool, and a method for their preparation.

EFFECT: obtaining of the sizing composition containing no harmful tars and not causing acid corrosion of glass fibers.
