SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a fire-resistant thermo- and/or sound-insulating product. The fire-resistant thermo- and/or sound-insulating product is based on mineral wool, in particular an asbestos fibre or glasswool and an organic binding agent. The product contains a salt of metal and polycarboxylic acid as a fire retardant.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention consists in a uniform distribution of the fire retardant in the product.
