FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: device for fuel supply into an internal combustion engine (ICE) cylinder is proposed, comprising a direct injection nozzle comprising a housing 1 which is provided with hydraulic cavities 2 and 8 with a spring-loaded valve 5 between them. The lower part of the nozzle housing is designed as a sleeve 19 with openings 20 for injection, inside which the conical diffuser 13 is fixed, with openings 14 around the perimeter, having a cylindrical head 15, coaxially therewith the conical valve 16 is mounted, with the possibility to periodically locking the openings 14. Inside the nozzle housing 1 a light guide 21 is fixed, coupled to the output of the laser emitter 23 via the optical switch 22 formed to supply the laser radiation pulse in the nozzle cavity 8 with a predetermined frequency of fuel injection into the internal combustion engine cylinder by electronic signals of a control unit 24. The laser emitter working wavelength is equal to or as close as possible to the wavelength of radiation absorption by the fuel.
EFFECT: increasing speed and pressure of injecting the fuel in the ICE cylinder and reducing toxicity of waste gases.
