FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the product stamping from the high-strength steel sheet, containing the sheet section, the vertical wall sections and flange sections, and which has at least one bent section in the longitudinal direction. The sheet upper section, the vertical wall sections, the bent section and the flange sections are formed by bending the flange section at the intersecting area up to the angle between the flange section and the horizontal line, equal αto 1 in the plane, containing the horizontal line, connecting the vertical wall section intersecting area section with the flange section, and the curvature center of the bent section, and which is vertically normal with respect to the sheet. Further, additionally bent the flange section up to the angle α2 in this plane and the additional β bending angle in the given ranges, is equal to α1-α2.
EFFECT: improved the products quality by reducing the buckling and twisting.
