FIELD: pharmacology.
SUBSTANCE: invention provides means to control the amount of the amide form, generated in a pharmaceutical composition containing luliconazole. The invention discloses pharmaceutical compositions containing 1) luliconazole and 2) one component, or two or more components selected from diisopropyl adipate, 1,3-butanediol, polyethylene glycol, propylene glycol and polypropylene glycol; wherein the content of the luliconazole amide derivative does not exceed 0.2 wt % of the luliconazole amount added to the composition, after storage at 60°C for 3 weeks or at 40°C for 6 months.
EFFECT: improved luliconazole properties.
