SUBSTANCE: first object is a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment or prevention of onychomycosis, containing luliconazole or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt as an active ingredient, and the pharmaceutical composition contains, relative to the total weight of the pharmaceutical composition: from 5 to 12% by weight of luliconazole or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt; 5 to 40% by weight of polyethylene glycol having an average molecular weight of 380 to 420, corresponding to the formula HOCH₂(CH₂OCH₂)_nCH₂OH, where n is an integer; from 20% to 70% by weight of ethanol; from 0.01 to 10% by weight of benzyl alcohol; from 1 to 10% by weight of lactic acid; from 1 to 15% by weight of propylene carbonate and from 3 to 10% by weight of acetone.
