FIELD: medicine; pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for local application containing 5% by weight of luliconazole or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, and from 16% to 60% by weight of dimethyl sulphoxide, from 40% to 75% by weight of ethanol, from 1% to 5% by weight of lactic acid, from 1% to 30% by weight of monoethyl ether of diethylene glycol and from 0.5% to 1% by weight of methylvinyl ether-maleic anhydride of the total weight of the composition, and wherein said composition has pH of 2 to 8.
EFFECT: present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition of luliconazole for local application, having high chemical stability during storage and good penetrating power of luliconazole.
