The catalyst is selected from oxides of the cations three main groups, as well as side groups with the 4th to 6th Periodic insoluble metal phosphates and phosphates, semimetals, as well as porous materials which is selected from pumice, and coal, in which the surface is covered with groups of inorganic acids.
EFFECT: method with a high degree of conversion makes it possible to provide a low number of adverse reactions.
