SUBSTANCE: method involves absorption of acidic components from the hydrocarbon gas regenerated with absorbent in an absorber at elevated pressure, filtering the waste absorbent in the system of waste absorbent parallel filters, one of which is transferred to the regeneration of the filtering element of waste absorbent filter during continuous operation of other filters of operating in parallel waste absorbent filters system for the waste absorbent cleaning, regeneration of the filtered waste absorbent in the desorber at low pressure and elevated temperature, and filtering of the regenerated absorbent in the regenerated absorbent filter. Waste absorbent filters are installed vertically. The regeneration of the waste absorbent filtering element filter is carried out by the filtered regenerated absorbent in two stages: in the first stage, the waste absorbent is displaced from the waste absorbent filter by direct filtration with the filtered regenerated absorbent and withdrawn to the desorber, in the second stage, the sediment is removed by countercurrent washing with the filtered regenerated absorbent from the surface of the filtering element of the waste filter absorbent and diverted to an additional storage filter of the washed sediment.
EFFECT: simplicity and reliability of the method, exclusion of impurities in the heat and mass-exchanging equipment, reduction of capital and operating costs.
