FIELD: natural gas purifying.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for purifying natural gas from carbon dioxide and methanol impurities, including absorption extraction of carbon dioxide and methanol from natural gas with an aqueous solution of amine in an absorber, followed by regeneration of a saturated absorbent in an amine regeneration column to obtain a regenerated absorbent, acid water and acid gas, characterized by the fact that the flow of acidic water from the reflux tank of the amine recovery column is divided into two parts. The first part is withdrawn and the second part is returned to the amine recovery column as a reflux. The ratio between the first part and the entire flow of acidic water from the reflux tank of the amine recovery column in the range from 0 to 100% is controlled by providing such a concentration of methanol in the regenerated absorbent entering the absorber as reflux, at which the concentration of methanol in the purified natural gas at the outlet of absorber does not exceed the permissible value.
EFFECT: purification of natural gas from impurities of carbon dioxide and methanol with the ability to control the depth of purification from methanol without a significant change in the thermal and material load on the main apparatus for the implementation of the process.
