FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of cleaning synthetic gas from ballast and harmful impurities and can be used in production of hydrogen, ammonia, methanol and other gas chemistry products. Method of purifying synthesis gas from carbon dioxide includes processes of primary treatment of synthesis gas, performed in three steps; absorption extraction of carbon dioxide with aqueous solution of amine, performed in three steps: rough purification of the primary treated synthesis gas (a), fine purification of the synthesis gas (b), fine purification of the expander gas from carbon dioxide (c); regeneration of carbon dioxide-saturated aqueous solution of amine from steps (a) and (c), performed in three steps.
EFFECT: invention ensures content of carbon dioxide in the purified synthesis gas of not more than 0.05 mol.% with minimization of energy consumption for process implementation due to optimal heat recovery by process flows and reduction of heat supply to basic process of absorption-desorption and enables to obtain pure carbon dioxide gas, the quality of which enables to use the CO2 stream as a reagent for gas chemistry, in particular for producing carbamide.
