FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: computerized tomography of pelvic bones is performed. Form on its basis 3D models of pelvic bones and prosthesis. Produce their models with the subsequent formation of an endoprosthesis. When forming a 3D model of a prosthesis, a mathematical simulation of the effect of differently directed destabilizing effects on it is carried out. Based on the simulation results, the model is corrected, after which the improved model is produced on a 3D printer and modelling of the planned operation is performed with correction of the required length of the fixing elements.
EFFECT: method provides high strength of the proposed design in conditions of deficiency of the bone base and acquired deformities of the pelvic bones, operational optimization of the geometric and physico-mathematical parameters of the implant, shortens the duration of surgical intervention and, accordingly, intraoperative blood loss and the risk of postoperative complications.
