FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used to remodelling the acetabulum region with extensive bone defects. On the basis of computed tomography data, a three-dimensional model of a hip bone with a defect is constructed, an acetabular component of the hip joint endoprosthesis is oriented with respect to it, and an anti-protrusion mesh is modeled taking into account the defect boundaries, so that the areas of its fixation to the bone do not coincide with the sites of fixation of the acetabular component. Mesh is reproduced by three-dimensional printing from metallic powder. Fix the mesh to the bone sites near the defect boundaries with screws. Impaction alloplasty is performed with bone crumb.
EFFECT: mount the acetabular component of the endoprosthesis.
