SUBSTANCE: apparatus to collect aerosol coating comprises a filter for collecting aerosol coating contained in the process target air coming out of the coating chamber. The apparatus also comprises a powder nozzle disposed in the duct, the guide target process air to the filter, for spraying a powder into the process target air passing through the duct. Technological target air, wherein the powder, atomized powder nozzle is contained in a dispersed state, passes through the filter. Spray coating process target air filter is going to a state in which the filter surface is formed on the filter layer coating, spray coating and trapping consisting of accumulated powder layer. Powder dispersing means is provided to obtain a homogeneous powder concentration in the air in the sealed reservoir for the powder by dispersing the powder stored in the tank, suspended in a homogeneous and dispersed state. Transmission means is provided for supplying air spraying powder dispersed in a suspended state in a tank for the powder together with carrier air to the powder through powder feed nozzle extending in parallel with the powder concentration uniformization powder dispersing means. Provided the filter regeneration means for regenerating the filter by providing powder falling comprising spray coating, from the filter surface. Receiving hopper is provided for receiving the powder containing spray coating, which falls from the filter surface. Control means is provided to automatically perform recovery powder, wherein a predetermined recovery time interval accumulated in hopper containing powder coating spray is returned to the reservoir for the powder. Furthermore, the control means automatically performs powder refreshment, wherein each time when the operation amount of the coating in the coating chamber reaches a predetermined threshold operating amount of powder in the reservoir for the powder comprising the coating spray is discharged together with the carrier air via the passage for discharging the powder from release means via air transfer, and a predetermined amount of fresh powder is supplied through the passage for supplying fresh powder by means of air transmission of fresh powder to the p reservoir of the powder or the powder nozzle. Control means integrates powder load value, established in accordance with the state of the object to the target coating in the coating chamber for coating the title of each task of the object. As soon as target covered objects are successively covered, and when the value of the integral reaches a predetermined powder loading for the integral threshold value, the control means determines that the amount of the coating operation in the coating chamber has reached a predetermined threshold amount of work and performs refreshing powder.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of energy saving, and stable maintenance of favorable uniform powder spraying, operated relief device operation.
