SUBSTANCE: high speed device contains a valve body (112), an inlet (114), an outlet (116), a valve seat (120) and flow targeting (118). Valve plate (122) is movable between the open and the closed positions, and discharge stem (136) adapted to respond to actuator (115) is connected to the valve plate and moves between the open and the closed positions. Cylindrical cage (140) is installed in valve body (112) and located on flow path (118), and includes a plurality of flow holes (142) in which valve plate (122) comes slidably. Cage (140) comprises a first end adjacent to valve seat (120) and a second end remote from the valve seat, and cage (140) forms a cylindrical recess (154) adjacent the second cell end, which is remote from openings (142).
