Semiconductor emitters (3) of the visible range of the radiation spectrum are located along the image boundary of the measured area (4) of the object (5).
EFFECT: increasing the accuracy and reproducibility of the results of measurements of the object temperature by radiation methods due to accurate reproduction of the contour of the measured area on the surface of the object.
