SUBSTANCE: invention refers to optoelectronic technology, namely, to semiconductor devices, which are intended for detecting and emitting the infrared (IR) radiation. Multichannel infrared photodetector module contains the discrete semiconductor photodetectors (1, 2) with the rising edge of the photosensitivity boundary wavelength along the incoming rays (λ21) and the space between the two photodetectors is filled with the optical glue (3) that is based on glass, which is transparent to the operating wavelength range of the second photodetector (2) along the rays.

EFFECT: module provides for the photosensitivity to radiation in the middle infrared region of the spectrum.
