SUBSTANCE: wagon structure comprises first and second railway cars. Each of the carriages has an end in the longitudinal direction of the first and second carriages. The device comprises a first coupling part attached to the end of the first carriage, a second portion fixed to the second end of the carriage, and a hinge forming the ball joint between the parts. Coupling apparatus further comprises a supporting body, based on the feature of the first carriage. The support body is constructed and arranged to maintain the first part when the second part of the weight of the car is transmitted to the device through the first carriage coupler. The supporting body is provided separately from the first portion. Between the supporting body and the first part has a rocker link.
