FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: pipe system for transferring heat from exhaust gas flow to feed water containing an economizer that includes four sections, as well as heat exchanger, and a plurality of valves. In this case, the economizer sections are within said gas flow, and the heat exchanger is outside this flow. In addition, the valves can be arranged in different configurations, which allows to provide a plurality of flow modes for controlling the temperature of feed water entering the gas box. A flow control method is also provided.
EFFECT: invention enables to avoid damage of pipes of heat-recovery flow generator caused by strong corrosive action of sulfuric acid on material of pipes by raising the temperature of feed water in the heat exchanger which is external in relation to exhaust gas flow.
