SUBSTANCE: method comprising the steps of heavy oil raw material hydrocracking in the hydrocracking reaction system including one or more steps of hydrocracking reactions with a hydrocracking reactor containing a fluidized bed; effluent and spent or partially spent catalyst are recovered from the hydrocracker reactor with a fluidized bed; the effluent is fractionated to produce two or more hydrocarbon fractions; solvent deasphalting of at least one of two or more hydrocarbon fractions is carried out to produce a deasphalted oil fraction and pitch; pitch, hydrogen, and partially spent catalyst are fed to the pitch hydrocracking reactor with a fluidized bed; pitch, hydrogen and catalyst are contacted in the pitch hydrocracking reactor with a fluidized bed under the reaction conditions - temperature and pressure, sufficient to convert at least a part of the pitch to distillate hydrocarbons; distillate hydrocarbons are separated from the catalyst. For some versions, the process can include selection of the reaction conditions in the pitch hydrocracking reactor with a fluidized bed to be at or below the level where residue formation would otherwise become excessive and prevent work continuity.
EFFECT: higher total residue conversion with decreased rate of catalyst injection.
