SUBSTANCE: liquid and gas mixing device comprises an axial cylindrical mixing chamber and concentrically surrounding it inner and outer cylindrical bodies fixed to each other by internal flanges. At one end of the external cylindrical body, an outer flange is provided for connection to the liquid supply line, and at the other its end an inner flange for withdrawing the mixture is made, slit notches are made on the side surface of the mixing chamber, an external gas supply pipe is tangentially connected to the external cylindrical body, and the external and internal cylindrical bodies are tangentially connected by an internal branch pipe. Between the mixing chamber and the internal cylindrical body an adjustable wedge gate, made in the form of pair-conjugated inner and outer conical rings, is placed. A porous ceramic membrane is installed in the external gas supply pipe.

EFFECT: stable operation of the mixing device under conditions of a natural level of compression oscillation of incoming and outgoing flows in open hydraulic circuits with a minimum level of control actions and achieving the maximum degree of the outflow dispersion of a metastable multiphase mixture, improving the manufacturing process of the mixing device.
