FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: friction bearing device comprises at least one outer ring (4) bearing a ring-shaped intermediate element (9) and a housing. Friction bearing is set thus in the housing that the intermediate element (9) is located between the outer ring (4) of the bearing and the housing, forming the first contact area between the outer ring (4) and the intermediate element (9), and between the intermediate element (9) and the housing forms the second contact zone. In the first contact zone is a cooling system having at least one cooling cavity, in particular a channel (5) cooling, at which flows coolant, particularly the coolant, and the second contact zone is located the damping system having at least one damping recess through which the damping cavity can be filled in the second contact zone of the damping fluid. The outer ring (4) is arranged in the intermediate element (9) rotatably, and at the end face of the outer ring (4) is located on the perimeter of the bead (6) for collecting the oil, mounted for trapping oil and its direction in the first nip.
EFFECT: improved friction bearing unit, which is preferably applied to aircraft engines as well as for stationary gas turbines, in which only one liquid supply system provides both cooling and damping device of the friction bearing.
