FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: digital temperature measuring device contains a current source 1 connected by its output to the thermal transducer 2 and the first input of the subtraction circuit 3, whose output through the series-connected amplifier 4, the frequency-controlled generator 5 (FCG) and the frequency converter to voltage 6 (FCV) is connected to the second input of the subtraction circuit 3. In this case, the output of the FCG 5 is connected to the first input of the frequency-pulse subtracter 7, the second input of which is connected via a series-connected controllable frequency divider 8 to the reference frequency generator 9, and the output of the subtracter is connected to the device output. The proposed tracking system of the frequency-pulse type of automatic voltage compensation from the output of the thermocouple is characterized by high accuracy of operation and linear dependence of the signal on the temperature being converted.
EFFECT: increasing the accuracy of the device by introducing negative feedback and providing information in a frequency-pulse form.
