SUBSTANCE: meter of the area of the electric pulse contains a comparison circuit (CC) 1, whose output is connected to the input of the generator of frequency control (GFC) 2. Output (GFC) 2 is connected via a frequency converter to voltage (FCV) 3 to the second input of CC 1, the first input of which is connected to the input of the meter, and the output of GFC 2 through a connected pulse counter (PC) 4 is connected to the information output unit 5.

EFFECT: increasing the accuracy of the device by using a frequency-pulse type tracking system to represent input information with subsequent integration directly in digital form.
