FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: device for electric spark surface machining includes a vibration unit comprising of an electromagnetic vibrator that reciprocates the electrode and a generator including a DC source which positive pole is connected to the input of a fully controlled power semiconductor device the output of which is connected to the input of a touch sensor. The negative pole of the DC source is connected to the part and there is a storage oxide capacitor between the positive and negative pole of the DC source. Also, the device comprises of an oscillator which positive input is connected to the electrode and the negative input is connected to the part, a low-pass filter which outputs are connected to the output of the power semiconductor device and the electrode, and an impulse generator which is adjusted for frequency and pulse ratio. The generator input is connected to the output of the touch sensor, and the output is connected to the input of the controlled oscillator and the input of the controlled power semiconductor device.

EFFECT: increased thickness of the coating.
