SUBSTANCE: invention can be used as a data processing system which includes operations for which computer systems are required. Disclosed is a marine transport control system in emergency situations (ES), which is a hardware-software technical device, installed at dispatch stations and connected to marine information systems, as well as to automated workstations of decision makers (DM) in seaport, wherein the meteorological situation analysis and prediction unit is built into the system, which receives information from weather stations located at the seaport facilities and adjacent territories, and used to determine the stability class of the surface layer of the atmosphere in an emergency situation (ES) associated with chemically hazardous cargoes. Information input of the meteorological situation analysis and prediction unit is connected to the information output of the input communication unit, according to which (unit information output) obtaining information on weather conditions from connected to communication unit weather stations located at seaport facilities and adjacent territories, and the information output of the unit for analyzing and predicting the meteorological situation, to which it outputs the results of its operation, is connected to the corresponding information input of the unit for preliminary evaluation of the scale of the emergency situation.

EFFECT: enabling analysis and prediction of meteorological situation in the area of emergency situation on marine transport.
