ACOUSTIC CONSTRUCTION FOR INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC E04B1/84 G10K11/16

Abstract RU 2622935 C1

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: acoustic construction for industrial facilities contains the frame of the workshop, window openings and acoustic wall fences, piece sound absorbers mounted above the noisy equipment, which is mounted on the antivibration bearings. The window openings comprise vacuum sound-proofing glass units. The acoustic wall fences are made in the form of noise-attenuating panels which consist of a frame made in the form of a parallelepiped formed by the front and back walls of the panel, each of which is U-shaped. Slot perforation is made on the front wall and its perforation coefficient is equal to or exceeds 0.25, and lateral edges increase the panel rigidity on the whole. Panel walls are fixed to each other by a vibration cushioning lids, and sound absorbing element is located between the front and back walls of the panel, which is presented by plates made of basalt-based mineral wool of "Rockwool" type or mineral wool of "URSA" type. The front and back walls of the corrugated material are made of stainless steel or a galvanized steel sheet 0.7 mm thick with a polymer protective and decorative coating such as " Пурал" 50 mcm thick or " Полиэстер" 25 mcm thick, or of an aluminium sheet 1.0 mm thick and coating 25 µm thick. The ratio of the height h of the frame to its width b is in an optimal value ratio: h/b=1.0…2.0. The ratio of the thickness s' of the assembled frame to its width b is in an optimum value ratio: s'/b=0.1…0.15. The ratio of the thickness s of the sound absorbing element to the thickness s' of the assembled frame is in the optimum value ratio: s/s'=0.4…1.0. The vibration cushioning lids fixing the panel walls are made of elastomer, polyurethane foam or polyethylene foam, lignocellulosic, chip wood material, or gypsum-asbestos cardboard, or an elastic sheet vibration-absorbing material with an internal loss factor of at least 0.2, or a composite material, or a plastic of "Агат", "Антивибрит", or "Швим" type. The piece sound absorbers mounted above the noisy equipment are made in the form of a frame which is made spherical with an internal spherical resonance cavity congruent to the frame, formed by a rigid continuous spherical shell, equidistant to the outer perforated spherical shell. Space between spherical shells is filled with sound absorbing material, and connection of the outer perforated spherical shell with the object, for example with the ceiling of industrial facility, is made using elastic damped element which allows to damp high frequency oscillations and is pin-connected with the suspension, made in the form of a rod, one end of which is connected with a pin which is installed on the elastic damped element, and the other is connected to the ring, intended for its fixation on the object. The spherical resonant cavity is rigidly connected by at least one sleeve with an axial hole serving as the neck of the Helmholtz resonator, with an outer perforated spherical shell, and the space between them is filled with a sound absorber.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of noise suppression.
