FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: submarine vessel is proposed comprising a light housing of streamline form with an inside strong smaller housing with crew accommodations, the strong housing is made in the form of a sphere with the possibility to rotate multidirectionally against the light housing, and the propulsion system is designed in the form of a reversible electric motor with a flywheel on the output shaft, coaxially to the light housing, and flap-like hydrodynamic planes radially and evenly spaced outside the light housing. The proposed submarine vessel with a small crew (two or three people) and one ballistic missile on board is able to be on months station at various areas of the seas and oceans with periodic location changes.
EFFECT: life support system of the crew is identical to the one in space, and a quiet, low-speed movement does not require a powerful power plant.
