SUBSTANCE: propeller includes an under-ice anchor containing two ballast tanks, electric propellers and a plate located on top with a serrated outer surface, with which it interacts with the lower surface of the ice, as well as a towing installation containing one or several long-stroke, longitudinally located hydraulic cylinders outside the hull, the flexible rods of which are attached to the rear part of the under-ice anchor.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of the propeller.
