FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: heat exchange system is constructed on the basis of the regeneration of the exhaust gases heat by means of a rotary heat exchanger of the carcass type installed inside the engine casing between the supply pipe from the compressed air compressor and the exhaust gas branch pipe and the corresponding internal cold and hot cavities and accordingly for supplying compressed air to the combustion and discharge chamber exhaust gas from the working turbine. The heat exchanger in it is made with the possibility of complex cooling of the walls of the carcass and hot part. To cool the latter, there are transverse labyrinth channels in its body, which are blown by compressed air supplied from the compressor to these channels, bypassing the heat exchange matrix of the regenerator. This cooling of the frame achieves minimization of the thermal deformation of the frame, and the equalization of the temperature gradient is ensured by the flow of air flowing into the central cavity cooling the hot part of the frame into a single stream directed to the recuperative heat exchanger fixedly mounted on the side of the hot gases outgoing from the working turbine so that its outlet, located in the engine frame, faces the cavity, where this part of the air is mixed with the main flow of air, which passed the heat exchange matrix of the regenerator.
EFFECT: the invention allows to increase the efficiency of fuel combustion and to provide equalization of the temperature gradient of the regenerator frame.
