FIELD: low-potential exit gas heat recovery in boiler houses and other power-consuming industries and installations; ventilation systems. SUBSTANCE: recuperative heat exchanger has tubular heating surfaces placed in gas flue and in heated medium channel separated by guide barriers 9, vertical rotating shaft 12 mounting impeller of fan 10 and mentioned heating surfaces, and it is also provided with three hollow disks 1,2,3 arranged in tandem under fan impeller on rotating shaft and intercommunicating through mentioned tubular surface; central tube 8 of heating surfaces located in heated medium channel and extreme tubes 8 of surfaces placed in gas flue are heat-insulated; labyrinth seal 13 is fitted about central disk 2 which accommodates in its hollow additional heat-insulated conical droplet repeller; annular channel 14 is placed under bottom disk to ensure heat transfer between different coolants through separating walls; heat flow in it is always unidirectional, but heat-transfer surfaces are revolving to ensure not only enhanced heat transfer due to intensified gas convection but also due to self- cleaning of mentioned surfaces from fouling, condensate, and suspended solid particles under the action of centrifugal forces. This, in its turn, enables utilization of latent heat of evaporated steam usually contained in great amount in emitted gases which are considered at present as unavoidable heat loss. EFFECT: improved recovery of waste heat. 1 dwg
