FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Clip for anastomosis of hollow organs contains in parallel closed jaws from two segments of a nickel-titanium wire with the ends connected by a flexural-deformable bridge. Branches are made of wire with a diameter of 0.5 mm and are arcuately curved along the entire length perpendicular to the plane of closure of the jaws. Diameter of arcuate part of the bend is 6 mm, and the gap size of the non-closed arc of the branch is 4 mm. With anastomosis of the hollow organs according to the scheme “side-to-side”, compression of abutment leads to the formation of an oval aperture (anastomatic anastoma) covered by the petal of the unbent tissue of the walls on the feeding “leg”. Petal acts as a valve that prevents the reflux of the contents of the hollow organs.

EFFECT: invention can be used for anastomosis of hollow organs.
