SUBSTANCE: according to the method, at least one Venturi pipe is placed in the well, through which the oil well water mixture produced from the selected well segment is fed into the main wellbore. In this case, the number of placed Venturi tubes is determined by the number of well segments for which it is necessary to determine the water cut of the produced oil-water mixture. In the process of extraction, the pressure at the inlet to the venturi and in the neck of the venturi are measured. Temperature sensors measure the flow temperature of the produced oil-water mixture at the inlet to the Venturi pipe and the wall temperature of the Venturi pipe in the neck of the tube. Based on the results of pressure and temperature measurements, the water-water mixture cut from the selected well segment is water-cut.

EFFECT: increasing the accuracy and reliability of the determination of the water cut in the produced oil-water mixture over the whole range of values of this value.
