FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: distal target guide is prepared, aligning the holes in the distal target guide block with the holes on the cannulated stem, which has an upper distal opening and a lower distal opening. The cannulated rod is directed along the guide spoke into the medullary canal. Through the upper distal aperture in the distal target guide block, a drill is used to form a bone channel for the locking screw, drill passage through the rod upper distal opening is controlled by a guide pin located in the rod channel. A channel is formed in the bone through the lower distal opening in the distal target guide block and the rod lower distal opening. A locking screw is introduced into the formed channel.

EFFECT: method allows to reduce the number of intraoperative X-ray studies, provide the possibility of blocking without EOC.
