FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely traumatology and orthopaedics. An EOC -aided wire is introduced in an oval hole along an upper or lower end. A guide either in the form of three cannulated screws fixed on a holed bar, or in the form of a parallelepiped with three parallel canals is put on the wire. Additional wires are introduced in two free guide canals. A cannulated drill is used to form screw canals following the wires at the depth of 15-20 mm with two of them delivered from outer side and one - from inside.
EFFECT: method provides higher accuracy of positioning and fixation stability of the fracture, reduced length of the operation, decreased radiation exposure on the patient and personnel.
