FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: workpiece is pressed prelimenary by the rigid matrix over the plastic metal to form the dome part. Then the plastic metal is flattened upto the flat state, after that the pre-stamped workpiece is set on it and the final stamping of the part is performed.
EFFECT: expansion of the technological possibilities and the quality of products is increased due to the reduction of thinning.
