FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sheet forging, particularly, to drawing of axially symmetric or box-like parts from thin-sheet metals by electrohydrompulse punching. Proposed device comprises discharging chamber with working fluid and electrode system, matrix made up of stepped outer shell and inertial smoothing device. A resilient element providing a gap between them is installed in the formed cavity between the stages of the external holder and the inertial smoothing device.
EFFECT: higher quality of obtained parts due to elimination of folds, reduced differentiation in thickness of work piece material and increased level of drawing.
