SUBSTANCE: method includes placing the titanium carbide powder into a ceramic form with an upper opening, powder moisturizing, installation in the upper opening of a pressing punch, vibratory compaction, sintering in a furnace heating chamber with a non-oxidizing environment to form a porous carbide semifinished product, melting of the impregnating metal bond in the crucible located in said heating chamber, infiltration of semifinished carbide product by melting of the impregnating metal bond, cooling ensuring crystallization of the metal bond in the pore space of the semifinished carbide product to obtain a carbide product. A ceramic mould is used, the inner walls of which are covered with soundproofing removable film, made with the bottom hole, where a lower punch is placed. Humidification of titanium carbide with liquid is carried out by ceramic mould vacuum treatment through the bottom hole, and the vibratory compaction of titanium carbide powder is made by ultrasonic frequency vibrations, administered through the pressing punch.
EFFECT: increased hardness.
