FIELD: composite materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of composite wear parts. The composite wear part contains an iron alloy matrix and at least one ceramic reinforcement in the form of an insert (1) with a perforated structure. The perforated structure contains blind holes (2), while the blind side of the holes is located on the most stressed side (3) of the specified wear part.
EFFECT: restoration of a strong structure after the initial wear of the ceramic reinforcement on the most stressed side of the worn part is ensured.
