FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: acoustic design of the industrial facilities contains the frame of the workshop, the walls carrying the floor and ceiling fences, which are lined with sound-absorbing structures, window and door openings, as well as piece sound absorbers containing the frame in which the sound-absorbing material is located and installed above the noisy equipment. The floor is made on an elastic foundation and includes a mounting plate made of concrete reinforced with vibration damping material, which is mounted on the base intermediate overlapping slab with cavities through the layers of the vibration damping material and the waterproofing material with the gap relative to the bearing walls of an industrial premise. The base slab cavities are filled with a vibration damping material, such as foamed polymer, and the single-piece sound-absorbing device is manufactured at least in a shape of three-sided pyramidal structure consisting of inclined facets, which are connected to form the top by the fasteners. As the base of a three-sided pyramid the frame of the room is used, to which perforated sloping facets are attached via vibration cushioning elements by means of the fasteners and elastic ties. Elastic ties are located inside the frame in a plane perpendicular to the overhead frame of the room. One end of the ties is attached to the hooks fixed to the frame, and another one - to the fastening elements, tightening the sloping facets, on the inner side of which the sound-absorbing non-combustible material, wrapped in an acoustically transparent material, is attached. Inside the cage between the layers of the sound absorbing material there is an air cavity.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of noise suppression.
