SUBSTANCE: in an absorber containing a vertical cylindrical body with inlet and outlet gas connections, horizontal mass transfer plates, a sprinkler and a drop catcher in the form of two horizontal partitions, between which the droplet shells are concentrically placed, a piston suspended on a spring is placed in the central shell, a gap between the partitions is provided with at least one additional horizontal partition and a vertically installed radial wall, forming two chambers limited in height by upper and lower partitions, one of which is connected to the cavity of the central shell via a window made along the entire height of this chamber, and is provided with entrance windows in the channels between the shells, and the second chamber is provided with exit windows of the mentioned channels and a central exit window made in the upper partition, according to the invention the sprinkler's injector comprises a hollow body with a nozzle and a central core, the body is made with a channel for feeding liquid and comprises a coaxial sleeve, rigidly fixed to the body, with a nozzle fixed at it lower part, made in the form of cylindrical two-step sleeve, which upper cylindrical step is connected to the central core coaxial to it via thread connection, which has a cenrtal hole, and moounted with an annular gap relative to the inner surface of the cylindrical sleeve. The mentioned annular gap is communicated with at least three radial channels made in the mentioned two-step sleeve to communicate it with annular cavity formed by sleeve inner surface and top cylindrical step outer surface. The annular cavity is connected with the body channel for liquid supply to the central core, in its bottom part the sprayer is rigidly secured, made as truncated cone coaxial with the central hole of the core, and secured by its top base to the base of the cylinder of the central core, and to bottom base of the truncated cone by means of at least three spikes the sprayer is secured, which is made in the form of the end face round plate, which edges are bent towards the annular gap, and on the external side surface of the truncated cone there are helical grooves, at the dividier, which is attached to the lower base of the truncated cone by means of at least three spokes and made in form of the end face round plate with edges bent towards the annular gap, axisymmetrically to the central hole of the central core an orifice hole is made.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of drop catching at variable gas flow rates.
