FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tower mass exchangers and is intended for the air wet cleaning of gaseous hazards. Absorber containing a vertical cylindrical housing with inlet and outlet gas branch pipes, horizontal mass exchange plates, sprinkler and drip pan in the form of two horizontal partitions, between which the droplet precipitation shells are concentrically arranged, comprises a piston suspended on a spring and placed in the central shell, gap between the partitions is provided with at least one additional horizontal partition and forming two chambers vertically installed radial wall, wherein the chambers being limited in height by the upper and lower partitions, one of which is communicated with the central shell cavity through the window made by this chamber entire height and is equipped with inlet windows into the channels between shells, and the second chamber is equipped with outlet windows of the said channels and a central outlet window formed in the upper partition, the sprinkler nozzle is made with a double conical swirl and comprises a cylindrical hollow body with a channel for supplying liquid, in which a sprayer consisting of three throttling elements is fixed, and the atomizer is made in the form of oppositely arranged vertices and axisymmetric hollow conical swirls: upper and lower, wherein the conical shell of the lower swirl is fixed by means of at least three spokes fixed at one end to the conical shell of the lower swirl in its upper part and at the other end – to the annular groove of the nozzle channel formed on its inner surface, and the vertex of conical surface of conical shell of the upper swirl is fixed in a circular perforated plate installed in the annular groove of the nozzle channel and supported by the vertex of the lower swirl fixed in the nozzle channel by means of spokes, while on the external surfaces of the hollow conical swirls through screw threads are made, and the throttling effect of the atomizer is generally determined by the total capacity of its constituent elements, and in order to obtain a finely dispersed spray, the total throughput of the upper swirl and the perforated plate is greater than that of the lower swirl.
EFFECT: invention provides the increased drop catching efficiency with variable gas flow rates.
