SUBSTANCE: additive for conditioning composition comprises poly(acrylamido-N-propyltrimethylammoniumchloride) modified by hydrophobic groups and water, wherein the modified by hydrophobic groups poly(acrylamido-N-propyltrimethylammoniumchloride) is present in an amount 0.1 to 20 wt % based on the total weight of the additive for conditioning composition with a cationic charge density in the range of 1 to 8 mEq/g. The invention also relates to a conditioning composition comprising an additive for conditioning composition and an active ingredient for personal cleanliness, and to a method of providing rapid and long-term beneficial effect on the keratin surface, comprising an applying of a conditioning composition onto the keratin surface.
EFFECT: easier grooming, improved water repellency and haircolor acceptance in a number of washes.
