FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device (10) includes the actuator or motor (14) designed for attaching to the wall (P) and the rotary element (16) designed for fastening to the sash (A) and made with the possibility to rotate relative to the working axis (X-X) by means of the actuator or motor (14), with ensuring the movement of the sash (a) for opening and/or closing the opening (F). The device additionally comprises the transfer means (18) made with the possibility to be disconnected and comprising the driving part (20) and the driven part (22), which interact with the actuator or the motor (14) and with the rotary element (16), respectively, with the possibility of rotation, and can be disposed in the disconnected state in which they are able to rotate independently of each other and are movable relative to one another with the transition between the predetermined mutual dispositions, each of which uniquely corresponds to the correlated angular position, which may be taken by the sash (A) relative to the opening (F), and in the connected state in which they interact with each other and are fixed in the mutual disposition, which can be selected from said predetermined mutual dispositions.
EFFECT: increasing the convenience.
